Current beta contact
If you believe content on an OmniLux-controlled public page infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify the material and evaluate the request.
Public plugin submissions are currently closed. OmniLux will publish a formal designated DMCA agent record before opening public provider submissions, plugin submissions, or broad hosted-media submission workflows. Until that registration and public agent notice exist, this page is an intake path and not a representation that OmniLux has a registered DMCA safe-harbor agent.
What to include
A useful notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its location, include your contact information, explain your authority to act, and include a statement that the information is accurate.
Please also include any urgent takedown context, such as impersonation, leaked private material, or a time-sensitive rights window.
Future formal process
Before public user-generated submissions, provider uploads, marketplace submissions, or hosted-media publishing open broadly, OmniLux should maintain a repeat-infringer policy, a designated-agent record, a notice-and-counter-notice workflow, and an internal review path for mistaken or abusive notices.
Copyright notices, counter-notices, and repeat-infringer decisions may require identity verification, preservation of relevant records, legal review, and escalation to counsel.
Provider and managed-media rights
Provider or studio media must have a rights chain before publication, including territory, window, playback, DRM, reporting, accessibility asset, retention, and takedown requirements where applicable.
Self-hosted OmniLux users remain responsible for media they add to their own private libraries. OmniLux does not supply or authorize user-owned media libraries.
Gaming and plugins
OmniLux does not distribute commercial ROMs, BIOS files, firmware, launcher credentials, or tools intended to bypass access controls.
The official marketplace does not accept torrent, NZB, indexer, download-client, unverified stream-catalog, ROM-source, access-control-bypass, or comparable content-acquisition plugins. Future submissions remain subject to package review, dependency-license review, source and authorization review, vulnerability handling, trademark review, and takedown workflows.
