Before recurring subscription checkout opens, OmniLux will provide clear purchase disclosures for price, billing interval, renewal cadence, taxes, included features, trial conversion rules if any, cancellation, and material limitations.

The cancellation path should be available online and at least as easy to find and complete as the signup path.

Checkout and account flows should obtain affirmative consent to automatic-renewal terms, keep evidence of that consent where required, send legally required acknowledgments, renewal reminders, trial or promotional-price notices, and fee-change notices, and provide a cancellation method that does not obstruct or delay cancellation.

Lifetime and Founding Member offers, when available, are customer product purchases, not investments, equity, or revenue share. Both are planned around lifetime Family-level OmniPass; Founding Member adds recognition and feedback benefits, while relay remains bounded by entitlement leases, fair use, capacity, account standing, and service availability.
