OmniLux may need to verify your identity, confirm account ownership, or request additional information before completing the request.
Common rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete personal information, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to certain processing, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, and appeal a decision.
Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing records, dispute resolution, provider rights, audit logs, or operation of requested services.
Sensitive information
Some OmniLux features may involve sensitive or higher-risk data, including account security events, provider workspaces, media usage, managed-media grants, gaming microphone settings, screenshots, save archives, device data, and location or regional entitlement signals.
OmniLux should not expand child profiles, broad provider onboarding, native apps, or advanced analytics until the related privacy rights and retention workflows are ready.
Opt-out signals
Where required by applicable law, OmniLux should honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising when those activities are present.
The current marketing cookie controls keep optional analytics and diagnostics off unless you allow them in your saved preferences.
Appeals, agents, and non-discrimination
If OmniLux denies or cannot complete a privacy request, OmniLux should explain the reason when required and provide an appeal path where applicable law gives you that right.
Where allowed by law, an authorized agent may submit a request for you, but OmniLux may need proof of authorization and may still need to verify your identity or account ownership.
OmniLux should not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights, but some requests may limit or prevent OmniLux from providing features that require the information at issue.
